The Entire day we work, and we don’t have any productive routine, right? But there are a few things I always try to do at night.
Which makes my unproductive day super productive and relaxed complete.
We often don’t focus on the evening routine much, which affects our body.

to make your life peaceful and productive
1. EAT 2 HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME
Don’t just have your dinner and straightly go to bed. Do not do this; this is very harmful to your health.
Try to eat early, like 7 am or 8 am, and then wait for 2 and half hours for your body to digest your food.
and then you can rest,
why should you eat 2 hours before bedtime?
Eating an early dinner helps to improve digestion, boosts metabolism, and reduces blood pressure, keeping you healthy.
Most digestive problems solve just by eating early dinner.
2. TAKE WARM BATH
After working 24/7 you surely need rest at night, I highly suggest you have lovely and fresh warm water barth.

I have had terrible skin last 3 years, and now I strictly follow a night skincare routine; I just wash my face 2 times from my most comfortable facewash and apply moisturizer cause my skin is dehydrated,
if your is not dry, then you can skip moisturizer.
Night routine also has to brush your teeth; if you want to keep your teeth bright and very attractive smile, then start brushing your teeth every night.
4. PICK YOUR NEXT-DAY OUTFIT
If you are always busy like me, I suggest you pick up your next-day outfit at night; it will save you so much time, and you won’t be late.

5. WRITE A TO DO LIST
Writing a to-do list is a time saver for all of us; if you want to be productive and settle your life, you should start writing a to-do list every day.

6. WRITE GRATITUDE
Quick success mostly gets an attitude; also, Showing gratitude means acknowledging the goodness in your life.

7. DO USE YOUR PHONE BEFORE BED
We all use phones just before sleep, right?
Trust me, changing this habit and not using a phone before bed or sleeping is very beneficial.
The phone is harmful cause it has blue light, which affects your eye and sleep.
If you are using too much phone or watching too much screen, it causes a lack of sleep.
To have a better sleep, you can, do not use your phone before sleep.
8. READING HABIT
Usually, people don’t have time in the morning to do some productive thing like reading,
reading is a beneficial habit you could have if you won’t have time in the morning to make your night routine to be more productive then,
if you are not using your phone at night, switch phone timing to book timing.
Try to read at least 5 pages in a day and then slowly increase reading.
9. MEDITATION / PRAY
After working super long, like 24//7, you finally have a night routine to relax,
relaxing your mind is very important for your body; if you don’t get time in the morning to do meditation, you can do it at night
Before sleep. Praying or doing meditation can help you in
- Lowers stress
- Reduces anxiety
- Enhances mental health
- Improve self-awareness
- Improves sleep hygiene
10. HAVE SOME ME TIME
This is the best time of the day, when you can enjoy being yourself and do whatever you want, like watching Netflix or sleeping.
Talk to your love once or just be you.
