even I was the girl who used to have a very toxic relationship, not enjoying my life, I was having anxiety problems, and I was hospitalized for this very toxic lifestyle
but this is how I come up

You know what, everyone has a problem in their life. Some have
- money issue
- health issue
- family problem
- some even don’t have shelter
- some don’t have food to eat
- and some people have everything in their life, but still they are depressed or sad cause they don’t have any goal in their life
yeah, it’s true
Whatever problem you face, remember that it’s just a chapter of your life, not a whole book. soon this situation is going to change, and when you remember this situation in your future life, you always going to thank yourself for keeping smiling in such a situation

SIT WITH FAMILY
I never used to have time to sit with family, and neither they had, but when the pandemic happened and everything was locked, I realized that it was soo important, and trust me, spending hours talking to some stranger will not heal you more than talking to your parents.
so make a proper routine or just at dinner time, do not use your phone or tv; instead, spend time with your family
DONT DO ANY GOSSIP
Now girls will understand this problem. Girls, we all gossip with our BFF and mother, right? we cant disagree, but these gossips make us toxic people day by day; think like this on social media we all like the post which says don’t judge people through gossip with are judging people
so girls, stop gossiping, lol
SET A LIFE GOAL TASKS
when I was a kid, I never knew my actual goal for my life; no, seriously, i had no idea, but at the age of 16, I got my answer about what I needed to do, and after then, there was no looking back, and I am working on my goal and getting closer to it more and more
So clearly, don’t waste your time and set a life goal. when you have a strong life goal, you will be more productive and complete your tasks rather than thinking about what to do and trust me, this is far better than Friday night
SET A WEEKLY GOAL TO COMPLETE YOUR LIFE GOAL
Have you ever thought about why you never complete your yearly resolution? Well, that’s because it’s a too huge goal for you. You should always break your goal to complete it easily.

STOP BEING DEMOTIVATED
people usually get demotivated because this is how our mind works; there are so many reasons people get demotivated like

Trust me, all these are negative thoughts. We can change our mood from happy to angry to sad depending on our mindset.
If you feel demotivation, start reading books, listen to podcasts, imagine your good thoughts and always remember why you started your work.

making a strong alarm
keep open the curtain so that your room receives sunlight early in the morning
keep your phone away from your bed
don’t turn on ac and don’t be cosy
make at least 5 alarms
keep a water bottle aside on your bed and drink it after waking up
Eating healthy in simple living is like cheery on the cake, we cant leave our favorite junk food forever, right? but at least we can limit our junk food like eating only once a week is ok
If you ever feel like eating junk food, you can eat any homemade healthy quick food to fill yourself.
START READING BOOKS
We all think reading books is a waste of time until you get into reading books. reading books can help you with self-improvement and living your life simple as well
Try to read books at least 5 pages a day, then slowly increase it.
but why read books because
- Strengthens the brain.
- Increases empathy.
- Builds vocabulary.
- Prevents cognitive decline.
- Reduces stress.
- Aids sleep.
- Alleviates depression.
- Lengthens lifespan.
DONT DO MULTIPLE TASKS
Some people do multiple tasks, but doing it is so stressful, and we don’t need any stress in our simple living.
Leave your all multiple tasks and do them one by one.
WHY MULTIPLE TASKING IS BAD
Multitasking reduces efficiency and performance because your brain can only focus on one thing at a time. When you try to do two things simultaneously, your brain cannot perform both tasks successfully.
We all pray, but we never focus and pray from our hearts. Just relax your mind and pray and see the magic; praying reduces stress and makes you feel precious.
DO EXERCISE DAILY
Your daily stretching habit helps you be more productive the entire day; if you exercise at least for 30 min, I am sure you will be active for all your daily tasks.
MAKE YOUR BED AFTER WAKING UP
We always forgot to make our bed. Try to make your bed after waking up to stay organized always.
LIVE IN PRESENT

Old age people live in the past that they used to play when they were a child. Kids always live in the future that how they will enjoy their lives when they are our age, and we live in both the future and past.
Stop living your past or future life, live in the present moment and enjoy your day like there is no tomorrow.
REST IN BETWEEN THE TASKS
I am an extremely productive person, but I, too, take a rest atleast for 5 min. Don’t feel guilty while resting because, according to research, a break from work increases focus when employees return to work, thus improving their productivity.
Plus, it’s also good for your mind. You cannot focus on one thing to continue.
ALLOW YOURSELF AS A BEGINNER
As a beginner, we cannot skyrocket anything; you have to be very, very patient. even some YouTubers and bloggers just don’t have this patience and then quit within 6 months
But remember, you are a complete beginner, don’t be guilty if someone else is getting money from their work and you are not.
ENJOY YOUR CHILDHOOD LIVE
Do you also miss your childhood life? Well, me too. We all miss our cute childhood friends and the memories from school we all have.

TAKING CARE OF FINANCE
Have you ever thought about taking care of your finance? Simple living does not mean not taking care of your finances, and I am obsessed with this thing.
I do organize my finance every month or week. if you don’t want to face financial trouble in your life, then do finish planning too at least every month
WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES
We wear smart clothes, but it’s not so comfortable, right?
I always prefer to wear what is comfortable. Trust me, I can wear loose jeans with hoddie without makeup and go anywhere I want.

WALK EVERY DAY
I include these tasks in my daily routine, I at least walk 30 to 1 hour every day to stay healthy, but this is not enough. You have to stretch your body every day at least for 30min.
you can take a day free hand workout if you don’t want to go to the gym, but I prefer the gym instead of a normal workout
This is soo true the day I stop this thing. My life has become so much easy and non-stressful. I stop complaining about my life.
And took all my tasks as fun and enjoyed part even with all my problems. Rather than complaining, I do make everything fun and enjoyable.

This is the best trick to make yourself more productive; always organize your working area. This will make you feel like you are working and aesthetic.
LEAVE TOXIC RELATIONSHIP
Leave all your toxic relationships this year; trust me, all these toxic relationships will hurt you deeply. Instead of holding all those toxic people who don’t even care about you, just leave them alone.
Trust me, you will be far happier leaving them than holding them and crying.
SPEND TIME WITH YOURSELF
People have time for their work, business, job, workout, friends, and clubbing, but we never have time for our mental peace.
Spend time with yourself, leave your phone, don’t read any book, stay quiet and stay calm.
Spend time asking yourself what you want, remember happy moments, stay away from toxic people, and be happy in your life.
This is so me. I subscribe to a lot of emails then I get irritated to receive emails that are not even related to me. Just make sure you don’t subscribe to all non-use emails. also, remove all emails which are not necessary
MAKE A SCHEDULE FOR ROOM HOME CLEANING
if you are also a working woman I am must sure you don’t using get time to clean your home deeply, like cleaning curtains, cleaning bed sheet pillow covers, cleaning your Wardrop
I make a proper schedule for cleaning all this stuff and set the alarm according to my work.
Even skincare and all those expensive products don’t work if you don’t drink enough water or stay dehydrated. make sure you complete the athlete
About 11.5 cups (2.7 litres) of fluids a day for women.
Note do not drink too much water before or after a meal.
Planting water and keeping water outside the house for birds are feel blessings. Make sure you always plant water daily if you have plants and put water outside your home for birds.
STOP USING YOUR PHONE TOO MUCH
Some people are addicted to their phones, which is a very bad habit; using a phone too much can harm you. It can cause
- neck problem
- weight gain
- not paying attention to work. Changing the way you think
- anxiety. Smartphone blindness
- Eyes problem
- Hearing damage addiction
Limitless corns are using a phone too much; you can limit yourself from using the phone like 2 to 3 hours a day.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR BELONGINGS
I would not take care of belongings; I would throw them here and then after using them, but now I am completely different.
I always keep my all-important belongings in the right place so that I can get things when I need them; if you are not so organized, don’t keep your belongings in the right place. use this hacks
make a proper bag to keep all your important belongings in that bad
keep that bag just side of your bed so that you can never forget that bag
do not put all unnecessary items in that bag to keep it organized
that bag will have all your office work stuff like
- makeup bag
- pen books
- water bottle
- your car keys
- and cards
These are stuff you need ever you go.
- enjoy your Sunday
If you are also like me ( like crazy productive), you must enjoy your Sunday without guilt. Trust me, your body and mental peace also need rest they even cant work 24/7 every 7 days. Sunday is meant to be a fun day so enjoy and relax.

- going out with friends
- chatting with your fav person
- spending time with family
- cooking for family
- learning something that you want to learn
- going for the extra workout (personal choice, I am health conscious)

CLEANING YOUR PHONE DEELPLY
This is so painful when you need to click or record some special moment, but you’re out of storage, this happens with me every time, and I hate it. so I finally decided that I would clean my phone at least every month, and I would be very organized
- no extra app
- no useless pics
- no useless videos
- no more gmails
- deleting all old chats
I never used to go for a walk or take sunlight, but recently I started going outside and started my gym workout, but it’s so important.
