How to wake up early is always a confusing question for us? Right, because it does not matter how much we try to wake up before, we could not, right?
If you are also wondering how to wake up early as possible, you can so you are in the right place.

SLEEP EARLY
First thing first, if you are thinking of waking up early in the morning the other day, then sleeping 2 hours earlier than usual will help you cover your sleep.
And won’t make you feel sleepy or dizzy in the morning. Also, there are a lot of benefits to sleeping early but let’s not talk about that in this article.
Make sure you set up your mind that you have to wake up early in the morning before sleeping. because this happens to me every time that I switch off or dismiss my alarm in the morning
Stop using electronic devices 30 minutes before bed. The National Sleep Foundation recommends that you stop using electronic devices, like your cellphone, at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Instead, grab the book tucked away on your nightstand and start reading before bed.
DO EXERCISE THE DAY BEFORE YOU WANT TO WAKEUP
This trick is soo useful. whenever I want to wake up early in the morning, I do medium exercise because that makes me tired, and I sleep early
This is how this trick works. so when you are working, your body physically is getting tired, and so you need more rest. When your body needs more rest, you will sleep early to bed, and you will wake up early
Make sure you do not exercise too. You might get body aches.
HAVE PROPER SLEEP
This is always me. If you want to wake up fresh, you need proper sleep. Most people wake up once or twice during the night. Reasons this might happen include drinking caffeine or alcohol late in the day,
a poor sleep environment, a sleep disorder, or another health condition.
When you can’t get back to sleep quickly, you won’t get enough quality sleep to keep you refreshed and healthy.
HOW TO GET A PROPER SLEEP
- Don’t use tobacco.
- Stay away from caffeine and alcohol later in the day.
- Go outdoors for at least 15 minutes each day to set your internal clock.
Get regular exercise. - Stick to a sleep schedule.
- Try to go to sleep and wake up simultaneously every day.
- Don’t nap, especially later in the day.
- Follow a relaxing bedtime routine
- Take a warm bath, listen to soft music, or read a book.
Shut off electronic screens. - Don’t use devices that have screens during the hour before bed.
Keep the room quiet, dark, and calm.
and at last, be relaxed, don’t feel anxiety
Don’t just lie there. If you wake up and can’t get back to sleep after 15 or 20 minutes, get out of bed and do something calming until you feel drowsy again. Resist the urge to grab your phone while trying to get back to sleep.
SET UP PROBLEMATIC ALARM
Also, try to make a hard alarm where it will be challenging to dismiss.
We always off or dismiss our alarm when it rings, right? You know what happens because you keep your phone aside from your bed or pillow. Please do not keep your alarm near you; keep it away where you have to walk and switch it off.
When you keep your alarm away from you, you have to wake up to switch it off, and there you wake up.
OPEN ALL YOUR ROOM CURTAIN
Please don’t close your room curtain because it will make your room dark and cosy and make you feel sleepy.
That’s why I always prefer open curtains and sleep where you will get enough sunlight.
KEEP YOUR ALARM AWAY FROM BED
Do not keep your alarm just beside you because the moment the alarm rings, you will turn it off. Yeah, this happens with everyone, including me.
What I do is I keep my phone away before sleeping. If you don’t want to keep your phone away from you, you can have a brutal alarm for the morning. I prefer to have alarmy, this app
have a lot of future like solving maths, scanning code, jumping or shaking your phone, and I am sure you will wake up after all this method hehe
SET A MOTIVATIONAL GOAL TO WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING
You will never wake up early in the morning if you don’t have your goal. Think twice; if you have a plan or tasks to do in the morning, you will be motivated to get up, but if you don’t have any goal, you will not wake up thinking as you don’t have to.
Do not set any challenging or headache goals early in the morning. I always start my morning routine with some good exercise cause this always helps me get energetic day throughout the day.
Drink a perfect amount of water and stay hydrated.
SWITCH OF AC, FAN IMMEDIATYLY AFTER YOU WAKE UP
Lol, I do this after waking up; I switch off ac also a fan because cosy feelings can make you more sleepy, and we have to stay away from comfortable weather.
Throw your blanket away and pillow.
AVOID COFFEE OR ANY SUGER DRINK
You know what Intake of caffeine late at night could be harmful to your sleep quality.
Caffeine delays your sleepiness and could also become a cause of insomnia in the long run, which is downright dangerous for your physical and mental health.
