Happy new year: If you are reading this article, the new year is to come, or it just started; well, you are always on time for a new year resolution, which we can’t complete.

- For another three months, avoid junk food and fill your stomach with healthy food.
- For another three months, stop eating junk food and start eating healthy.
- You could start with a healthy home-cooked breakfast a start.
2. Do not eat junk
As I said, eating healthy and not having junk food is the most famous new year’s resolution, so try to stop eating junk food as soon as possible.
If you feel hungry, fill your stomach with healthy snacks.
3. Exercise daily
3rd the most famous new year resolution, lol. Did you also have this resolution before but never completed it? Well, that is because of the first rule I explain.
If you want to achieve your exercise goal, don’t over-exercise the first day. Take it slow
4. WALK 1 HOUR EVERYDAY
I know we all work, are busy 24/7 and do not have time to relax, but you know what research has found that even if you exercise, you need to walk for at least 1 hour or between walks.
5. Start waking up at 6 am
By waking up at 6 am, you can make extra time for self-love or my time; try to wake up early this new year.

Well, learning is something you should do throughout your life. Try to learn something new every day.
8. Motivated yourself every day
Stop being demotivated; I sometimes know most motivated people who smile, laugh, work, and always help also get demotivated.
You cannot accept things to be done without doing them, right? Well, demotivation is indirectly stuck in your life, so stop overthinking and be motivated.
9. LIVE SIMPLE LIFE
Sometimes life is so hectic we need some break, try to live a simple life, and relax.

10. Pray every day
Do you believe in praying? well, some people do, and some people do not, but I, too, believe in praying,
- Get closer to God
- Reduce anxiety and experience calm
- Increase gratitude and thankfulness
- Shift our focus to others
- Hear from God

- Relax if you feel anxious and pray; this will give you some hope.
11. Do not sleep between a day
A nap is okay; I am not talking about a small nap of 30 to 40 minutes; I am talking about a 2 to 3-hour sleep in between a day.
- Make a proper schedule for sleeping and working.
- Sleeping in a day can make you lazy and dizzy and cut down a lot of time.
- Try to avoid sleep during the day.
12. Do not be lazy
There is a slight difference between being lazy and being burned out.

13. Read every day for 20 min
Reading has seriously changed so many people’s life; reading is not only for kids or those in school or college. It’s also meant to be for us who want to change our mindset.

14. Do meditation
Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace, and balance that can benefit your emotional well-being and overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and keep inner peace.
I highly recommend you to start meditation immediately for a relaxful year.
15. Do not take the stress
Well, I am a very stressed person, lol. Yes, I am; because of stress and anxiety, I feel like I am not living my life. Do you also feel the same way I do? If yes, then?
This resolution will be the best for you.
Stop stressing out; whatever mistake you made was wrong, but you were not aware of the right, and stop overthinking; this is life, and life has ups and down.

2023 must be very healthy and relaxed; if you are a person who always skips breakfast or lunch or any meal, you already know this is very unhealthy.

Wearing nice clothes, which we usually wear when we go out, increases our productivity and happiness, wearing new clothes makes you feel productive and new so wear new clothes.
