How did I get to become a really highly organized person? There is no rocket science. It’s really simple.
You know that organization is not only for things and places. It’s also for our life, highly organized people are less stressed in their life.
But how do we be organized person in our daily life?
I have written all my tips and tricks on how I am an organized person, so you can too.
THEY HAVE A PROPER ROUTINE
trust me having a proper routine and following is a blessing; you need to have a proper routine to achieve your organizational goal as well as your life achievement

WRITE DOWN YOUR TO-DO LIST
This is why I am very much organized in my life and throughout my work and day. I always prefer to write a proper routine and entire to-do list for the day.
A To-do list helps you work consistently without wasting too much time on the thing that is not needed now.
try to make your to-do list according to your mood type like
early morning – your fun and easy task ( so you can wake up early and be productive )
mind day – go for tough and time-consuming tasks because you have the entire day for work
night – keep quick and not-so-important tasks
KEEP THINGS IN PLACE
If you really want to be organized with everything in your life, trust me, keep everything in its place.
everything has its own place, and you should keep everything in place,
do not relax after coming home. In fact, keep all your item in a place like your jewellery, your bag, and your shoe.
the same thing goes with your work organization; if you are working 24/7 just like me, then you really need to organize everything like
- keep your password book where you write all your password
- separate all your working file
- make a proper file for every work
- do not type anything on your file name; write the proper name of any file
- delete non use photos and videos
- unsubscribe all your useless emails
- clean your laptop properly from inside
- Keep your personal emails. Don’t make too many emails.
HAVE WEEKLY GOALS
Weekly goals are the goals you write down to achieve your big or yearly goals. You need to have a proper strategy to achieve anything in life, which is what that strategy is.
WHY YOU NEED WEEKLY GOALS?
I always prefer to break down all your goals into smaller goals. It makes it so much easier to achieve your bigger goal.

Some people are obsessed with productivity and organization, everyone organizes people to complete their work on time, and this is so important,
you need to be really productive and complete your to-do tasks at a time without wasting your time. How to be productive at work. You can read this article to be productive.

If you do not complete your work on time, then you have to do that work tomorrow, which will increase your work even more, and that’s how you will gain a hell lot of pending work at the end of your weekend.
THEY WORK CLEANLY
If you working at home or in the office on your laptop, try to keep your work very clean and do not mess up with your work.

- things at place
- do not throw anything on the floor
- clean any stuff when you find it dirty
- clean your room every day
- have a proper schedule for your room cleaning
- do not put a lot of stuff in your room just because it’s cute
- do not eat on your bed
- keep your item in separate column
if you work at the office or laptop
- do not open a lot of browsers
- do not open too many apps
- write down the proper name of any file (it helps to find it later )
- don’t download unnecessary stuff on your laptop
- keep your laptop simple
- keep all your daily files and apps in front of you
- delete useless apps, videos, pictures, and emails
- do separate projects for every file
CLEAN STUFF WHEN EVER YOU SEE IT DURTY

PLAN THE WHOLE MONTH
I would highly suggest sitting and planning your entire month’s plan. It could be
- your finance planning
- your work
- your room cleaning schedule
- your health fitness schedule
- your monthly expense
- vacation planning
- Sunday routine day
when you have a whole month plan, you don’t have to worry about being late or lack of productivity, and this is how I work and a lot of organized people
SUNDAY PRODUCTIVE
Even Sundays are very important and have to be very productive. we love spending our Sundays being lazy and, of course, enjoying our sleep because it’s your day, but trust me, if you can be effective on Sundays, you can be a whole productive week
I even love Sundays but not all.

USE A PLANNER
the planner helps to maintain our work, and really you can write your whole month’s schedule
I am a huge fan of planners, whether a paper planner or a digital planner; I am just a big planner, and this is how you can be more organized in your life.
When I say I use a planner, I legit write my every task for an entire month and then don’t have to worry about my subsequent work.
Does not matter which planner you use. Make sure it’s comfortable for you, whether you are a college student or a full-time worker like me.
You can always be used Sophia lee planner. It’s the best planner I have ever seen.
MAKE BED QUICKLY
If you’re like me, you also don’t like to make your bed just waking up right nobody likes it, but this is where you should start organizing early in the morning; make sure to make your bed early in the morning so that you don’t have to do it at night when your tired
DO KEEP ANYTHING FOR THE LAST MIN
OKEY LOL I was this person who always used to keep my work for the last min, and this was so bad; I never used to complete my job and was constantly delaying my work, but you have to change this
