STOP LISTENING TO PEOPLE
If you want to change yourself from a lack of self-confident person then you have to stop listening to all those people who make you demotivated. we are what we hear and here you can make a major difference in your life.
if you stop listing to demotivated and not-so-energetic people it will automatically increase your confidence because you won’t be hearing any toxic words for yourself.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN
this was so me, I was so demotivated from my skin, my skin was the most horrible skin I have ever seen and because of this, I was shy to get out of my house. I solve my skincare problem rather than covering my whole face
first of all, you are beautiful you don’t need to change but I would recommend following a nice skincare routine for your skin. the moment I get my old good healthy skin back trusts me my confidence increased suddenly I was going out and hanging out with people and I was not using any makeup.
having bad skin can also cause you to feel guilty and shy but you don’t have to be it’s natural and everyone has open poles acne pimples and dark spots it depends on us how we treat our skin if you treat your skin nicely your skin will be healthy
GO TO THE GYM
I am one of the obsessed person with gym, I love working out and this made me so much more confident in my life, I am a shy girl but I became a more extrovert person by going to the gym and making new friends and this is how my homesickness ends.
I am a homesick person I love spending time inside my house where nobody is watching me but here twice I want to explore more. so I join a gym and started going outside the house, making new friends, and living an alone and independent lifestyle.
trust me first few days you won’t be liking it but after some time you will become a workaholic if you will your not productive check out this article where I have to share my secrets to being productive.
DO MEDITATION
Meditation was the only way I control my anger, yes I was a very short temper girl, and maybe that is why my entire childhood I cried like anything cause yes I am emotional as well, but to be very honest here.
I control my anger throughout the meditation and its effect me soo well that I don’t even care what people think and what they talk about. meditaion did a very good effect on my mindset I stop thinking about people who were toxic and started thinking good and good about myself.
30mina day meditation is more than enough if you are just starting you won’t be like this session I know it seems like wasting time but trust me it’s not.
STOP COMPLAINING / COMPARING
this is not us even our parents to compare us with someone else child right? don’t worry you don’t have this habit of comparing yourself our parents put this habit in us, but we need to change this habit.
comparing is not a solution to any problem in fact its increases our insecurity and doubts we have inside us, comparing yourself to someone better than you make you lose lack of confidence, so clearly, in this game we have to stop comparing our chapter 1 to someone chapter 30
when we compare ourselves to someone better than us of course we start complaining about our weakness even if complaining is not a solution here.

BELIEVE YOU’RE VERY ATTRACTIVE
girl trust me you are very attractive and beautiful no one can beat you. If still, you think that you are not so attractive person start believing it. yes, don’t let people judge you by your looks show them how beautiful you are from the inside.
when you start believing in yourself that you are the best personality around the area no one can beat your confidence level, and lever judge yourself from outlook by comparing with anyone else, you are the only one and that is why you are precious and the best from rest of them.
start believing in yourself and do self-love.
DO FIGHT WITH YOUR FEAR AND BE CHALLENGING
how do you increase your confidence? when you fight against your fear and lack of confidence. here you need to understand why you are feeling demotivated and lack confidence

start fighting against this by going without makeup, love your height, don’t be shy wearing very comfortable clothes and travel a lot, at least do one challenging thing in a weak.

Not only girls but boys too are obsessed with filters these days, this filter makes us look beautiful from the outside and we just forget what our normal skin looks like, like having open poles pimple acne stuff.
because of this filtered world nowadays girls and even boys are not accepting real faces, stop using filters be very real over here.
The moment you accept yourself the moment you will boost your confidence level, accept yourself the way you are, you might love to change yourself but don’t change for someone else change for yourself.
BUILD SELF RULES AND STICK TO THEM
this is one of the priorities I focus on the most, how I make myself feel confident and proud is, I make very difficult rules for myself and I always stick to that rules like
- waking up early
- being very productive
- always work first
- fitness is crucial
- not listing toxic people
- spreading love and motivation
- living like no one so that I can live like no one.
These are my so-called very strict rules for myself and I love to stick to them no matter what.
this help to make me feel like I am not wasting my life and doing unique from everyone else, I am not doing what 90% of people are doing, be the rest 10
REMOVE ALL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
Are you also overwhelmed with all the negative thoughts you hear from people and friends, family and society then trust me all these people are someday going to be your fans if you stick to your goals and achieve them?
if you thinking to achieve the goal of your life then clearly remove all the stupid negative thoughts you have and then only you can focus on your goals

- don’t like attending any ceremony
- you don’t like night stay
- you are very shy
- you cant dance in front of a lot of people
- you cant take doc appointment alone
and it has a never-ending list as being introvert I can understand and this is the only reason you are having a lack of confidence
if you want to boost your confidence level then start being an outrovert from now
- go out with friends
- make nice friends
- start your productive days
- attend people ceremonies, festivals, weddings, etc
the more you explore and be open the more you will increase your self-confidence.
REFUSE TO GIVE UP
this is me, this is some. If you think giving up is the solution and it’s easy to continue your work you are so goal.
whenever we start something we always have some reason behind it, don’t forget your reason and continue. I refuse to give up anything whether it’s my productive day, my gym, my not so going good day, the day you lose your motivation, think about why you started, and always continue.
REMOVE ALL TOXIC PEOPLE
toxic people are the people who always demotivated you, are rude to you, don’t care about you, they are selfish but still, they spy on you.
now trust me this type of person can destroy your life mentally. just completely ignore all these people from your life but how to ignore all these toxic people
- don’t hang out with them
- don’t argue with them
- mind your own business
- listen to your motivational podcast
- enjoy your life
- make new your mindset people friend
- be extremely productive
BE POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE
Being so productive past 2 years I have realized that productivity helps in ignoring people lol, and the positive is a game-changer in this game. trust me if you are positive at your worst you are going to crack this game soon.
I am positive about my goal and achievement but sometimes I do feel a lack of motivation but that’s is not how it works right? to achieve the goal we have to be very positive toward us
how to positive?
- be prepared for failure
- ready to fight
- be ready to receive hate
- slow work is completely fine
- it’s ok if you do not get the result
- relax and do meditation
- talk to positive people
DO NOT TRY TO BE PERFECT
PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT. NOBODY IS PERFECT LISTEN AGAIN NOBODY IS PERFECT. You have to understand this, you cannot be perfect, there is always someone better than you from a different angle
think like, if you are good at painting, this does not make you perfect because someone else is better at drawing. you cannot be perfect from everywhere, right? so stop being perfect or waiting for a perfect time, instant just start your work and completely ignore all the toxic people.
DO NOT LIMIT YOURSELF
This is soo me, I was a completely different personality back 5 years ago then now, I was so shy and was in the box, the moment you stop limiting yourself is the moment you explore more about yourself and around you.
