We are super busy nowadays that we only have a little time to sit and improve ourselves, right?
But what if you could improve yourself while working and having a normal lifestyle?
Well, when I started improving myself, I did face a little bit of trouble, but I saw a lot of difference, trust me, even if you encounter a problem is in it worth it?
Do not expect yourself to change it entirely in a day or immediately; it will take time and patience. Refrain from forcing yourself too much to do something in one day.

ONE DAY ONE CHALLENGE
Only pick up to 2 challenges a day; I will only recommend 2; if you pick more than one challenge, it would be easy to achieve it, and it is also suitable for an ego boost.
TRY TO STAY CONSISTENCE
I recommend you stay consistence with your habit and challenge cause if you miss it even for one day, your mind won’t let you continue the next day, and that’s how we could not complete our yearly resolution or any challenge.

KEEP TRYING
Even if you miss any challenge by mistake, don’t leave; keep trying the next day and the next day; that’s how we achieve our goal after hundreds of failures.

1. WAKE UP EARLY
Any time, trust me, the best self-improvement challenge you could take is to wake up early in the morning. Well, I know most of us in our generation do not wake up early, which seems so cool for others, but I don’t think so.
Waking up at 5 am and building our dream in real life rather than dreaming is much more relaxed.
Waking up early has many benefits. Mentally and physically, even you get much more time.

2. SAY NO TO THE PHONE IMMEDIATELY AFTER WAKING UP
AHH, do you use the phone just after waking up? Well, this is the worst habit you have had for years.
But why is this the worst habit?
Well, using a phone just after waking up can affect your mind like
You saw something unsuitable for mental peace, which could make your whole day worse and not good.
Stay away from your phone early morning.
3. MAKE A BED
Make your bed early after waking up; trust me, you will thank yourself later when you are tired at night and don’t have to worry about your room or bed being more organized.
4. DRINK WATER
The best way to stay hydrated starts in the early morning; start your day with one full glass of water.
5. HIT TO GYM
I would suggest joining the gym instead staying at home and doing home exercises,
why?
Well, I have seen a lot of people (including me) who plan home exercise skip every day, while people who join the gym have to go to the gym and work out.
Do not stay at home and plan any exercise; hit the gym and work out for at least 50 minutes.
6. EAT GOOD
Try avoiding all the junk food you eat on the street, well I know for all the food lovers this would be the toughest, of course, you cannot immediately avoid and stop eating junk food but slow it down more and more.
7. PRAY
Praying is something that many people don’t do and also do not believe but to be honest, praying does make you feel more relaxed and giving out all those tention lol.
Well, Starting a day with praying and such a blessing would be great; it will take up to 4 minutes, so why not.
8. READ BOOKS
The habit of reading books, I know nowadays, especially our generation, does not like books at all. Lol, well, me too. Still, I never used to read any books other than my school’s books, the day I decided to read another educational book like rich dad vs. poor dad, more story books, how to read other people’s minds well that were game changed.
I would highly suggest reading books which you like to read and in which you have more interest like

9. STAY ORGANIZED
Organization significantly impacts your life; trust me, if you need to be more organized for your work or home, it will be very tough in the end.
Pending work does make life feel like a burden. If you need to be more organized with appointments or at home, you will have a lot of pending work.

10. WORK ON MENTAL HEALTH
The most important in your life is your mental health; trust me, if you are not stable mentally, you won’t be able to do anything; if you are disturbed from the inside, you cannot focus on the work you are doing now, and I can say this because I have been through this.
Well, I know every person goes through some stress but do you think taking stress or having anxiety is a solution? Right, you have to face what you will meet, and if you could change the outcome, then why worry about it?

11. START MEDITATION
Start meditation for peace and more focus; this habit will surely take more than one day to build.
Keep trying to stay focused and continue meditating.
12. WALK FOR 30 MIN
Stay healthy, stay fit, and if you need more time to hit the gym, which is highly recommended, then you at least walk for 30 to 60 min per day or twice a day.
An evening walk will be the best if you want peace.
13. HAVE FRESH JUICE

15. STOP GETTING ANGRY

Many people, especially boys, get angry due to ego, but you know what? Getting angry, feeling angry, stressed, angry, and possessive is not healthy since sometimes you get out of control and harm yourself too, even if it is not fit for your mental health.
Try to control your anger and stay calm.
16. STAY CONSISTENT WITH MEALS/WORK
We do not take care of our health like
Working super long and challenging skipping our meals, which is not healthy, affects your health, even your mind.
Try to stay consistence with meals and work too.

17. SAY NO TO OUTSIDE FOOD
I am a substantial fast-food eater. Well, I know this is a very unhealthy habit, but if you are a foodie like me, you will understand what I am saying lol, so leaving something which you love doing or eating and wearing is very tough, but you could stop eating or reduce fast food with this trick.
Whenever you feel like eating fast food, fill your stomach with any healthy snack; if you are already filled, you cannot eat more, or if you ate fast food, you wouldn’t be consuming much.
18. START INVESTING
Well I am tiny to give you advice on this topic on how to invest, but my best recommendation on finance would be
Start investing more and more for your late 20s and 30s.
If you start investing in your early 20s in the stock market, then you don’t have to worry about your late 40s
Stock marketing is one of many ways to invest. You can also buy a house or make a blog like me which would be a long-run business from home.
19. NO ALCOHOL/NO SMOKING
Well, I am not a person who consumes this, but if you then I would highly suggest stopping this immediately; I know for this generation, all these things are very cool, but this is not good for health.
20. NO COMPLAIN
AHH Everyone has complained about something, but does complaining to anyone make a solution? No right. Well, complaining is not a solution; it will only increase your anxiety and stress level and
Due to this, it can also affect your body with various health problems, including increased risk of depression, digestive problems, sleep issues, higher blood pressure, and even increased risk of heart disease.
21. LESS USE OF PHONE
Are you using your phone too much 24/7? Well, if yes, sorry to say, but are you wasting your life using one device?
Well, using a 1-hour phone a day is equal to 30 hours a month which is one day and 6 hours a month using only a phone, but of course, we use the phone for more than 1 hour. You could not even imagine how much you waste your time a day, month, and year.
22. NO WORK AFTER THE EVENING
Well, you cannot just work 24/7. You do need some me time for relaxing and enjoying your day, set a proper routine for your professional life and personal life.
I would highly suggest not working after 7 pm because most of us who wake up early get tired till evening and trust me working on something without interest is a waste of time.
23. STOP MULTITASKING
Multitasking seems excellent when you don’t have time and have pending work, but if you need to learn how to multitask, you will save your precious time and energy; I would not suggest you.
To multitask if you have to focus on that work.

If you have more physical work, you might multitask, like listening to one story plus working out, but if you have to make use of your mind on that work, you cannot focus on anything else.

24. WEAR NICE CLOTH
Stop treating yourself like ole people who don’t care how they look. Lol, you know what? Our cloth has a significant effect on our mindset about how we are going to behave and feel like
If you wear nice good clothes (which we usually wear outside the house), it makes you feel more productive and happier than usual.
Nice cloth and neat perfume fresh can make your mood good and happy.
25. DON’T OVERTHINK
Overthinking is not a solution to any problem. Try to avoid overthinking and anxiety.

26. SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY
I know nowadays people don’t have time to spend with their family but trust me, family time is something many people don’t get so if you are living with your family spend time with your family at least once a day.

27. RELAX AT NIGHT
Do you also work till night, like 10 pm or 11 pm? Well, trust me, you are working way too much.

Beauty sleep is crucial, do not cut your sleep hours; this is the only time you and your body are relaxed and gaining more energy.

Sometimes we do lose our motivation, yes I am this person, well if you too lose motivation while working and working but not seeing any result.

If you are a goal person like me who keeps track of every goal, start writing a to-do list.
Writing things down helps reduce stress and makes you feel more relaxed. Plus, you can complete your task quickly without stressing out about your next job.
31. SLEEP WITHOUT ANY WORRIES
You cannot sleep in higher tension, right? Well, I know because I have gone through this. You cannot sleep with overthinking and stress. Leave all your stress in a corner and be relaxed. Always remember in the end nobody has done something for you, so you cannot be embarrassed
