Sunday self-care is not only going to a spa, treating our skin, and watching Netflix all day, but it is also much more.
People usually don’t have any specific ideas on Sunday for themself; people use their whole Sunday watching phones, and then they feel guilt.
But why SUNDAY SELF CARE IS IMPORTANT ?
When you practice self-care, you produce positive feelings, which boosts motivation and self-esteem, leaving you with increased energy to support yourself and your loved ones.
WHAT IS SUNDAY SELF CARE ?
Sunday self-care is self-care for yourself; you pamper yourself the entire day to make yourself look good and feel fresh and motivated.
So I have written down all the tips I use for my SUNDAY SELF-CARE ROUTINE.
1. TAKE YOUR TIME TO WAKE UP
Sunday is the best day to enjoy and we always prefer to wake up late on Sundays right?
We do work 24/7, and Sunday must be our relaxing day; I do prefer to enjoy your Sunday as possible as you can and relax on Sunday.

2. TAKE A REFRESHING BATH
Sometimes we take a quick bath on working days when we get late, but on Sunday you must enjoy your bath time.

3. DO PAMPER YOURSELF !
What is self-pampering?
Self-pampering is a form of self-care necessary for mental and physical health.
One of the most significant benefits of self-care is that it reduces stress. Because money can be stressful, having a way to relieve those emotions while you work on your financial goals is incredibly important. You don’t need anybody to do self-pampering, and that’s the best part.

- Complement your self
- Wear a lovely comfortable dress
- Wear makeup for yourself

- Go for parlor
- Enjoy a massage.
- Get a manicure and pedicure.
- Eat your fav food or snacks.

4. MAKE YOUR FAV BREAKFAST
Are you the one who skips breakfast because you are late for work, or are your too lazy to make breakfast?
You can enjoy your fav breakfast on Sunday by watching tv or spending time with friends.
5. SLOW DOWN THINGS
Don’t be in a hurry; slow down things and enjoy your Sunday; you can relax a bit, listen to music while working or do household work or washing dishes.

6. STAY HYDRATED
Try to be hydrated enough, drinking water or consuming more drinks because we forget to be hydrated while working, so Sunday is the best day to pamper your body.
7. SKIP STRETCHING
Exercising is essential; I always prepare if you cannot go to the gym, exercise or stretch your body at home but sometimes if you just want to enjoy and don’t want to take any.
Pressure, leave it, and enjoy your lazy Sunday.
8. MAKE OVER YOUR ROOM
Looking fresh and making your room look fresh, does change your mood, try to change the room curtain pillow.
And use room freshener for refreshment.
9. ENJOY YOUR ME TIME

Me time is a time you give it to yourself for your personal thing like

12. ENJOY COOKING
We love cooking, but we don’t have time for it, right? Lol. well,
Sunday, we have so much time left, don’t waste that much time. Instant investing your time in something that improves yourself.
You can start making your breakfast on your own and easy dinner for the night.
13. DON’T RUSH TO EAT FAST
Eating fast food is harmful, plus it does lose its taste, too hehe; just enjoy your Sunday by eating slowly and enjoying every spoon of your dish.
14. ENJOY YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA
I am very productive whenever I work; if you are also productive like me, I am pretty sure you won’t be getting any time.
To enjoy your social media like Instagram, here you can do one thing: enjoy your social media on Sunday, and check out all those.

15. READ BOOKS
You know what 85 per cent of self-made millionaires read two or more books per month. I am not saying reading books will make you rich, but it does improve your focus, memory, empathy, and communication skills. It can reduce stress, improve your mental health, and help you live longer.
Reading also allows you to learn new things to help you succeed in your work and relationships.
16. DO NOT SLEEP IN BETWEEN DAY
Sleeping between days to take a rest, like a nap, is ok, but if you are sleeping, 1 to 2 hours between days is not at all ok.
Sleeping that long might make you feel even lazier and guilty that you wasted that extended time sleeping.
Also, try to avoid sleep during the day because this will affect your night’s sleep, which will probably destroy your night schedule.
17. DO SOME HOUSEHOLD WORK
If you are not living alone, I suggest you start household work on Sundays, do housework like fun work, and even make yourself more independent.
You can always enjoy household work while listening to music to make it more fun.
18. REST WITHOUT FEELING GUILT
Rest without feeling any guilt. This is absolutely true. Rest as much as you can on Sunday because Sunday is the only day we don’t have work.
19. TRY TO SIT STILL
Not only Sundays but every day, you must try to sit still. It does improve listening to your thoughts, being aware of your urges to do something else, to plan and setting goals. You learn to watch yourself, but to just sit still and not act on those urges. You learn to be content with stillness
20. WRITE DOWN YOUR DREAM LIST
We all have different dreams, and of course, we all want to achieve them, but if you don’t have a proper plan, you cannot achieve it.
Try to write down your all dream in your notebook; it could be
- buying house
- leaning something
- buying something for yourself
- your childhood dream to become something
Write it down and start making weekly goals to achieve it
21. WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS

22. NETFLIX AND CHILL
Sunday is the only time to watch all your Netflix episodes, lol. We love watching them but don’t have much time, right?
You can watch your fav episode on Sunday while eating your fav dinner or lunch, enjoy.
24. LOOK FOR SOME HOBBY WORK
Now, if you don’t like watching tv, Netflix, or anything else on Sunday, you could make extra money.
Start looking for a new hobby business or an extra job which you could do in your free time like

- Instagram Business
- affiliate marketing
Nowadays, making money online is easy as well as fun.
25. GO FOR AN EVENING WALK
An evening walk is not only for health and body it does affect your mental health too, don’t be packed inside your home or room the entire Sunday,
you must enjoy the sunset as well as outside street food.
trust me I was so introverted person back in my teenage and that does affect my mind so much, I was feeling like I was stuck and I could not do anything in my life.
but then I have become so much extrovert personality and I love it. I am happier now.
26. ROAM AROUND YOUR HOUSE
If you don’t want to go outside for an evening walk then you can simple roam around your house while listing to your fav song,
I do this every day and I enjoyed it so much.
27. SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY
We all love spending time with family, nowadays family members don’t have enough time to spend with each other
and family bonding is getting weak, try to spend your dinner time with your family and share your all-day gossip and your life lesson with them.
28. PRAY AT LEAST ONCE A DAY
WHY YOU NEED TO PRAY
Daily prayer can bless you, your family, and those you pray for. It can also invite more peace into your life, and help you learn more about God’s plan for you

29. PREPARE FOR TOMORROW
Tomorrow’s preparation is really important because tomorrow is Monday, you must not be late for your work.
