We usually don’t take care of our health like eating all junk food plus not doing any exercise which is really crucial for your health.
if you have 24/7 sitting work, like using a laptop, editing, calling, all this work doesn’t include any physical activity, and that does affect your body even it leads to major disease like a heart attack.
Very important to make your timetable and include exercise in it.
3. SKINCARE
Who doesn’t want clear glass skin like all Korean girls out there? well, it’s really tough to get glass skin like them, but at least we can have clear, healthy skin like celebrities, and yeah, that is possible,
well, pimples and acne are natural, especially in teenage, but you can get rid of it
How?
- Wash your face twice a day and apply cream according to your skin type
- Apply sunscreen every you go out.
- Try avoiding dust
- don’t pop any pimples
- Don’t touch your face if your hand is 0dirty
- Use a fresh pillow cover
- Wash your hair thrice a week or twice a week because dandruff cause pimple acne too
- Relax because tension and anxiety cause acne and a dull face.
4. BE PRODUCTIVE
I am super productive, and I have mentioned this so many times in my blog. I was not productive back when I was a teenager, but from past 2 years, I have been very effective.

5. LEARN COOKING
If you are planning to be independent, you have to learn everything from handling outside work to inside housework plus managing your finances.
Well, you have to understand you cannot depend on your parents for life long, you need to learn to cook at least a few dishes.
Cooking is also fun, so whenever you have free time, invest that time into learning something new.
6. PLAN YOUR DAY / LIFE
This is really crucial; if you don’t have any plan for your day or week, then you are gonna waste your time; if you have some specific goal for your upcoming days or life,
then you need to Plain everything according to your goal.
Plain for the coming 5 years, write it down in your notebook and stick to it.
