It’s not only you but everyone overthink yes, this is the truth.
Now there is a difference between overthinking and self-learning
what is self-learning?
you are thinking about your mistake and learning from it, the mistake is totally fine and you are ok with it, you just learn and move on.
what is overthinking?
in overthinking you just think about that same problem, again and again, and that starts bothering you. thinking about everything you don’t have control over, and then dwelling on how bad you feel about it.
well even after listening to a lot of people not to overthink we do overthink a lot right? there is no perfect way to stop overthinking but there is a way to avoid this issue,
but how will you know that you are an overthinker?
let’s not waste too much time I have written 8 habits of overthinking people.
1. YOU ARE MOSTLY TIRED
do you also feel tired the entire day, if yes then maybe this is because of overthinking.?
You know what, whenever we think too much or we constantly keep thinking about something neurons fire, they absorb extra oxygen and glucose from nearby capillaries. Scientists, therefore, think that when performing a difficult mental task would burn more glucose. This would result in less glucose in the blood for everything else, hence that feeling of exhaustion after a long day of thinking

2. FACING TROUBLE SLEEPING AT NIGHT
Sleeping at night is peace, we all wait for a peaceful sleep at night after working 24/7 right? but what if you could not sleep at night after so much hard work?
it does happen to me when I was suffering from anxiety and overthinking issues.
well, you cannot have a peaceful sleep with anxiety and overthinking, there is no way.
try to do meditation or talk to your family, and friends to control your anxiety and overthinking.
3. YOU ALWAYS FEEL LOW
What is a low feeling?
low feeling means when you are not feeling anything good, it can be about your life, work, relationship, or health or just having negative though.
well, sometimes we do feel pretty low because of overthinking the same thing.
4. YOU ALWAYS HAVE NEGATIVE THOUGH
People who overthink a lot like me do actually get a lot negative though.
a negative thought is very harmful to your mental health try to avoid it
how to avoid negative though?
- watch something funny
- write down your positive things in a notebook
- try to avoid loneliness
- play some music
- walk around
- talk to your friends
5. YOU HAVE AN ANXIETY ISSUE
people who think a lot do have anxiety issues and its called generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), well all this anxiety is normal a lot of people are facing it but
also, this is harmful to your body.

6. YOU DO PLAN YOUR FUTURE
This is my personal experience
I do face a lot of trouble and overthinking whenever I don’t plan my future, well it could be anything from
not planning my future goal to not planning my next day plan.

7. YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT ENOUGH
you know what non confident people do face a lot of overthinking cause they don’t interact with a lot of people that mean they are introverted and don’t usually talk too many people
and hence when they are not talking to many people they just keep talking to themself in their minds.
this happens with many people, there is no serious harm in being introverted but if this is your case then try to be a little extrovert

8. YOU CAN’T STOP WORRYING ABOUT OLD MISTAKE
Overthinking people keep worrying about old mistakes they did decades ago hehe, seriously I was one of them but trust me no one will remember your
old mistake forever, thinking and worrying about old mistakes is useless to try to distract your mind from them.
HOW TO SOLVE OVERTHINKING PROBLEM
- Meditation
- planning your future
- write down to-do list
- talk to your friends and family
- go out for a walk
- have fresh air
- relax, listen to slow music
- Look at the bigger picture
- Take a deep breath
- Do something nice for someone else
