What is life reset?
For me, a life reset is always a point where I am done with my life.
The power of resetting is that at any given moment in life, you truly can reset yourself, your career, or your relationship. You give yourself an entirely fresh start, a clean slate to begin your efforts anew; it completely clears your mind of all the unfinished to-dos, burdensome distractions, and nagging questions in life
WHY DO YOU NEED TO RESET OF LIFE?
I believe sometimes life doesn’t go according to our plan and we do get broken right? but also we do look for an opportunity to change our environment, that’s where reset life come play and play a major role, you actually get a chance to change your life.
1. FORGIVE/FORGET YOUR PAST
This is the most important thing you need in your life to reset your life anytime you want.
forgetting and forgiving your past, play a major role, if you don’t forgive yourself and don’t forget your past you actually cannot move on.
Remember we all do mistake because we are all human also we do have bad and even worst experience in our life but we just cannot live our life with heavy heart, who want to live with depression and anxiety right?
be kind to yourself and forgive as well as forget your past experience, people do mistake it’s absolutely ok.

2. TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
Mental health is crucial in your life, sometime we can ignore our physical health but trust me if you are not mentally stable then you won’t be able to do anything
if you are mentally disturbed then you might face
- Feeling sad or down
- Confused thinking or reduced ability to concentrate
- Excessive fears or worries, or extreme feelings of guilt
- Extreme mood changes of highs and lows
- Withdrawal from friends and activities
- Significant tiredness, low energy, or problems sleeping
- Detachment from reality (delusions), paranoia, or hallucinations
- Inability to cope with daily problems or stress
- Trouble understanding and relating to situations and to people
- Problems with alcohol or drug use
- Major changes in eating habits
- Excessive anger, hostility, or violence
- Suicidal thinking
- and sometimes you cannot even focus on your work.

3. CHANGE YOUR 3-TIME ROUTINE
Why change your 3-time routine?
well, we do feel extreme sometimes working on the same schedule every day right? for that, you must change your routine which will be new and according to you.
what do you mean by changing the 3-time routine?
well I mean, your breakfast. lunch and dinner routine.
- eating
- working out
- waking up
- wearing the same thing
- meeting same people
- doing the same stuff every day
I am talking about your entire day routine from waking up to sleeping, if you want to reset and want a new lifestyle I will highly suggest actually changing yourn3 time routine
- try to be more productive
- more healthy
- more relaxed
- eat your time at the right time
- wearing better clothes for a good mood
- listing nice podcast
- reading more books
- motivating yourself more and more every day
- pampering yourself
- having a solo dinner date
- wake up early
- sleep early
4. CHANGE YOUR MEAL PLAN TO HEALTHY
Well all love unhealthy junk food, right? but as we all know this is unhealthy. try eating more healthy food, of course, we cannot stop eating junk food immediately but we can slow it down by eating more healthy food when your stomach is filled you won’t be eating too much junk.
5. STOP OVERTHINKING
Do you overthink, if yes then did you find any solution to your problem no right, well overthinking, of course, won’t give you any problems it will just give you anxiety, uncomforted, sadness, and weirdness.

6. FOLLOW YOUR PASSION
Start following your passion more and more in your life, people often leave their passion and start working on that stuff which makes a lot of money to them but they are not passionate about that stuff or work, and of course they start feeling toxic about their life and work but what if I tell you, you could actually follow your passion and make money through it.
In this generation, it is so easy to make money through your passion.
example
if you are passionate about writing you could make your own blog and make money
want to make money through stitching have an Instagram acc and sell your product
want to become an actor, have a youtube channel and start making content on that.

7. MEET NEW PEOPLE
One of the best ways to reset life is to meet new people with new energy, don’t be stuck in your circle get out and meet more new people and find out their passion and ways to enjoy life.
There are many ways to meet new people like
- traveling,
- Join an amateur sports team
- Join a gym and try an exercise class
- Join a religious group or cultural club
- Join a book club
- join clubs and events.
- PAMPER YOURSELF

8. MOVE YOUR BODY
Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities
moving your body every day is crucial hit the gym at least for an hour.
9. FOCUS ON WORK
Be focused on your work, Make sure you write all your life goals and separate them according to years
years goals should be divided into monthly ly and monthly goals should be divided into weekly and days goals.
you cannot achieve a big or huge goal in a day or 2 or even after a year you have to break your huge goals into smaller goals and tasks.

10. USE LESS SOCIAL MEDIA
Using phones, social media, and games too much actually wastes too much time.
in this generation, we do use a lot of social media, not for an hour but for hours literally.
you actually cannot believe how much time is wasted on social media, if people spend 1 hour on social media a day they are wasting 30 hours in 30 days
that is more than one day using just a phone.
try ignoring your phone as much as you can, especially social media.
11. PLAN YOUR 5 YEAR
I strongly believe, whatever your life is like now is because of how you plan your life 5 years back if you are having a luxurious lifestyle 2022 that might be because you actually planned your life like this 2017, but if you are facing any financial or any problem that might be because that’s how you planned your back then
but if you are planning your life right now like if you want to be successful financially you have to plan for 5 to 10 years from now

12. GO OUT
Go out more for a walk, going out for a walk gives so many benefits like
- Maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat.
- Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, and type 2 diabetes.
- Improve cardiovascular fitness.
- Strengthen your bones and muscles.
- Improve muscle endurance.
- Increase energy levels.
note: Evening walk can be the best thing to relax and for personal time.
13. MEDITATION
Meditation is something that can actually separate you from busy life to relaxing personal life,
meditation does give you a lot of calmness, strength peace and balance in your life, you have your personal time plus the more you meditate more areas of the brain develop
try to meditate for at least 30 min a day.
14. DON’T CARE WHAT OTHERS THINK
If you want to live a peaceful life then I highly recommend you stop thinking about others.
you cannot be everyone’s favorite right? and trust me you don’t have to be everyone’s favorite, you are here to live a peaceful adventurous life so try not to care about people whatever they think.

15. LEARNING
Learning is something that is crucial in life, learning is never ever enough no matter how old are you right? well, start learning more about whatever you love about also you could learn about your religion.
16. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE
If you are surrounded by negative mindset people you are gonna get negative anyway because our mindsets highly depend on our surroundings.
sit with more educated and mindset people who are actually killing it, in your field if you wanted to be an entrepreneur then sit with more entrepreneur mindset people and listen to more podcast
think about an entrepreneur working like them.
17. RELAX MORE
Life is all about up and down, sometimes you do achieve whatever you want to achieve but sometimes you don’t and people do get stressed about this stuff even I too, we all are human it’s normal but let life go with the flow sometime
let’s just be more relaxed and happy enjoy your life as must as you can because time flies like something in a blink you won’t even notice you grow up, simplify your life more, and have a slow life.
