how to stop all anxiety
STOP WORK THAT MAKES YOU ANXIETY
You know I am a workaholic, but sometimes I have so much workload that I feel overwhelmed and anxious. Even a lot of work can also make you feel anxious.
So just limit your daily work and make a schedule with easy tasks and small tasks to relax more.
GO OUT
Trust me; whenever I feel anxious or overwhelmed, I go out balcony or terrace to have some fresh air. I walk around there; I drink cold water, I think about my happy moment,
I tell myself everything is ok. You are going to be very rich, hehe. I motivate myself to relax and have a bright future.
DRINK WATER / EAT WELL
Sometimes dehydration also makes you feel uncomfortable weird, so I drink enough water and eat my fav food to make myself feel better.
TALK TO SOMEONE CLOSE TO YOU
you know this would help you a lot, you should talk to your close friends whenever you feel uncomfortable
This will help you express your feeling to someone and also you will get some tips to get relax.
you can always talk to your
- mom
- dad
- your grandparents
- close friends
- your sis/bro
PLAY SOME MUSIC
This is what I always do; I play loud music and dance or do some fav activity like
- writing my script
- coloring
- drawing
- doing some exercise
- cleaning my bed
- skincare
stuff like that just distracts your mind
LISTEN TO SOME MOTIVATIONAL SONGS OR SPEECH
Overthinking also makes you demotivated and anxious that’s why you lose all your hope and start getting tension and anxiety.
Whenever this happens, I prefer listening to some motivational songs and speeches.

no life goal = make one life goal, think about what you want to do, or became. make that thing happen
Past life = you know everyone has some bad past memories, but I have really one quote for this. We never laugh again and again and again at one particular joke. Then why do we cry every time for one silly past life mistake?
