What is a self-care night routine?
A self-care night routine is a process where you just relax and pamper yourself, take care of yourself, and treat your body, mental health, and skin.
Why self-care is important
Just like working and learning, pampering and taking care of yourself is a crucial part of a healthy and happy lifestyle.
We work hard and push ourselves to give our 100%, and we forget how important it is to maintain our mental and physical health.
Having a relaxing night routine can actually make you stress-free, and it does make you more focused on work and goals.
13 THINGS TO CREATE A PERFECT NIGHT SELF-CARE ROUTINE
1. COMPLETE ALL YOUR TASKS FIRST
You must complete all your daily tasks and work before starting your self-care routine; you cannot just relax while having any work left.
Pending work can make you anxious; just complete all your pending work and start your relaxing routine.
2. SWITCH OFF ALL DEVICE
If you really want to be relaxed and self-care, you need to stop using devices you used the entire day; you cannot keep using your smartphone, laptop, computer, or social media and relax; that is not self-care relaxation.
Keep away and switch off all the device that distracts you.
3. MAKE YOUR ROOM LOOK FRESH
Not only skincare and self-care, but the environment also affects your mood; having a clean room and a new curtain can make you feel really fresh.
You can also switch on ac or fan, or else you can also open the window to have some fresh air from outside, use some room freshener and make a relaxing environment.

What is a night suit?
Night suits, or let’s say nightwear, also called sleepwear, or nightclothes – is clothing designed to be worn while sleeping.
Changing from heavy cloth to some light clothes can just make you feel in heaven; I would suggest you have silk night suits,
They scratch the skin’s surface, trap heat, and draw out moisture. Silk pyjamas, however, are soothing to the skin.
They help the skin retain its water through the night, prevent wrinkles, and protect it from scratchy cotton bedding.

Music stimulates the part of the brain that produces the dopamine hormone. This hormone affects emotional behaviour and mood.

We are busy 24/7; if you don’t do any workout in the morning, trying to do exercise at night or at least walking after dinner, it will help you to digest your meal also It will help you for better sleep.
Put on earphones and walk around your room or house.

This is totally optional. If you are feeling stressed and not so good, you can make some refreshing drinks and enjoy them at night.

You can also read your fav relaxing book, storybook, or bible for prayer.
I am sure you must have heard about meditation a lot for relaxing our mind and increasing concentration; many people do meditation early in the morning, but if you don’t have so much time.
