The morning routine is crucial for you because it does make a massive difference in your day.
A solid morning routine will brighten your mood and give you more energy during the day, reduce anxiety, boost your productivity, and make you feel better!

1. PICK YOUR OUTFIT ( AT NIGHT )
Well, my perfect routine starts from the night itself; picking an outfit early in the morning is confusing. On top of that, if you are late for work, you will feel anxiety and stress.
And you might have a bad day.
So clearly, if you don’t want to be late early in the morning, then surely pick your next day’s outfit at night.
2. CHECK THE WEATHER
Trust me, you don’t want to spoil your sleep early in the morning just because it’s raining outside, right? This happened to me so many times when I was a school-going kid.
3. WRITE TOMORROW TO DO LIST
You definitely know the benefit of writing a to-do list. If not, let me tell you.
Writing your daily tasks on a list can help you increase productivity and decrease stress.

4. SLEEP EARLY
In every morning routine, we mention that we need to wake up early, but we cannot, right?
You know what, when you find your why then how becomes easy, that means why you do feel sleepy early in the morning?
The Easy answer is because you sleep late at night.
I know we need to relax, but using any screen device can make it even more challenging to fall asleep and wake up the next day.
Apart from using the device, read any exciting books.
Try to avoid
- late eating
- screen device
- bad cloth
all this stuff can really awake you throughout the night

5. WAKE UP EARLY
Obviously, every morning routine includes waking up early, but do you actually wake up?
If the answer is no, then you are actually missing a lot of things.
Waking up early in the morning does not only help you to be productive and give you a little more extra time but also is very beneficial.

6. MAKE YOUR BED
Making the bed is such tedious work in the morning, right? Hehe, even it’s morning for me too.
But we need to do it, or we will be thrown out of our parent’s house.
Make your bed early in the morning because you won’t be getting time and energy after coming from work.
7. STAY HYDRATED
I don’t even have to say why staying hydrated is essential; everybody knows.

These are the benefits, but how will you stay hydrated the entire day because you cannot only have water.

- drink water, obviously, lol
- drink juice
- Try to stay at home
- Don’t do any physical work which will make you sweaty.
- Eat more fruits like cucumber.
- Eat a meal that contains more water.
- Use an alarm to remember you need to drink water.
Drink 2 glasses of water immediately after waking up and a glass of water before sleeping
8. DO MOVE YOUR BODY
You cannot make any excuse for this.
if you have sitting work like a laptop computer, then you need to hit the gym right now but if you don’t want to join a gym, then at least do some home exercise,
exercise is a very crucial thing you have to do.
9. TAKE A BARTH
Remember you already picked your cloth yesterday, hehe, yes, this is the moment where you can enjoy your bath without getting stressed about what to wear.
10. DO SKINCARE
Ensure skincare; you don’t need expensive products for healthy, lovely skin. You just need a perfect skincare routine.
For me perfect skincare routine includes
- washing face thrice a day
- applying cream according to my skin type
- washing face after reaching home
- small skin pamper every weekend
- and staying happy and hydrated the entire day
11. MAKE BREAKFAST
Do not skip your breakfast ever. I know we are always late for our breakfast, but we should never skip our first meal after waking up.
If you are late for your work, just make an easy sandwich, and you are ready to go.
NOW YOU CAN FINALLY START YOUR WORK OR TO-DO LIST WHICH YOU WROTE YESTERDAY.
